LangChain in Austin, Texas is seeking a Deployed Architect to join our Professional Services team. You’ll design, deploy, and optimize production-grade AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems for enterprise customers, ensuring scalable, secure deployments and reliable agent applications that solve real business problems.

This role blends software development, infrastructure engineering, and customer-facing work, requiring deep expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, and LangChain/LangGraph.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical, hands-on customer-facing roles.
• Cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure) production infrastructure design.
• Strong Kubernetes design and multi-region deployments.
• Experience with Terraform, Helm and GitOps.
• Knowledge of databases, HA/DR and security.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Platform: design scalable, highly available AI infra.
• Agent Engineering: design multi-agent systems and evaluation frameworks.
• Customer Engagement: lead technical maturity assessments and present recommendations.
