arrivia seeks a Principal Agentic Software Engineer, Quality Systems to drive technical direction across multiple products and platforms. You will own the standards for AI‑generated code quality, build shared infrastructure, and mentor teams to raise engineering quality across the organization.

Qualifications

• A recent, hands-on track record: software in production within the last year or two.
• 8–12 years of full-stack development and architecture experience, including tech leadership beyond one team.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, CE, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced, hands-on use of AI coding agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) with broad multi-step guidance.

Responsibilities

• Set technical direction across multiple products and platforms, including AI infra and data platforms.
• Define and adopt agentic engineering practices, prompt libraries, and quality gates for AI-generated code.
