Job summary

eClinical Solutions is seeking a Principal Software Architect to lead the design and evolution of AI-enabled software platforms within an enterprise cloud environment. This role partners with software engineers, product teams, data specialists, and business stakeholders to translate needs into scalable, secure technical solutions.

You will help define AI integration patterns, model lifecycle considerations, data governance, observability, and responsible AI guardrails while mentoring teams on

Qualifications

10+ years in web application development and cloud-native platforms.
10+ years leading Software Engineering teams.
Experience integrating AI, automation, analytics in enterprise applications.

Responsibilities

Research emerging AI and cloud technologies and evaluate their fit for the platform.
Design scalable, secure AI-enabled architectures and guide implementation.
Document architectural patterns, AI integration patterns, data governance and observability.
Communicate complex AI concepts to technical and cross-functional colleagues.
Define reference architectures for AI-enabled capabilities including data ingestion and model integration.
Promote responsible AI practices, privacy, security, and compliance.
Guide teams in AI-assisted engineering tools to improve productivity and quality.
