arrivia is seeking a Remote Senior Software Engineer, Quality Engineering who will own the quality bar for AI-assisted code, build automated testing and evaluation systems, and define ship-ready criteria. Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-stack development experience or 6+ years at senior level.
• Real depth in software quality: test strategy, automation, CI-gated quality checks.
• Hands-on use of AI coding agents in professional workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the quality bar for agent output and validate AI-generated code.
• Build test and evaluation infrastructure for automated testing and AI evaluation.
• Automate the quality path with CI/CD integration and release gating.
• Define what is ready to ship with coverage signals and release criteria.
• Ship end-to-end features for the travel platform within code-first ownership.
• Direct AI coding agents through multi-step work with prompts and checkpoints.
• Instrument failure paths with observability, dashboards, and alerting.
• Protect member trust by safeguarding data privacy and security.
