Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years developing systems and software for large scale business environments.
• 8+ years designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software with commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Experience modernizing systems toward AI-native patterns; driving AI architectural decisions across teams is a plus.
• Full-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms and LLMs, vector databases, and Python.
• Depth in Front-end (React/Angular/SwiftUI/Kotlin) or Back-end (Java/TypeScript/Spring/Node.js).
• Production experience in AWS or GCP.
• BS/MS in Computer Science or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Track record of influencing technical strategy across business units and aligning executives.
• Strong mentor; able to develop technical leaders and shape engineering culture.
• Excellent communicator; decisive in ambiguous situations.
• Drives results across cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
