Intuit is seeking a Principal Learning Experience Designer for AI-Powered Work to shape enterprise learning that drives AI fluency and agentic tool adoption across functions. You will craft a progressive, diagnostic-based approach, aligning with Intuit's AI-powered work priorities and scaling enablement for both non-tech audiences and tech teams.

Qualifications

6-8+ years designing learning experiences at enterprise scale with Principal-level scope.
Deep, hands-on fluency with AI and GenAI tools for enablement of AI products.
Ability to turn fluency frameworks into behavior-changing learning content.
Data-driven design measuring adoption, productivity and quality from the start.
Proven ability to influence and deliver through teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Design the enterprise learning journey to build AI fluency and tool adoption across functions.
Build enablement experiences for the company-standard AI coworker for daily productivity.
Translate AI craft skills into learning content supporting hiring, onboarding, reviews, and promotions.
Partner to tie learning engagement to the enterprise AI measurement framework.
Pilot new formats and tools, evaluate quickly, and scale what works.
