Accellor is seeking an AI Practice Lead and Principal FDE to drive strategic, production-grade AI deployments with Fortune 100 customers. You will translate AI ambitions into scalable architectures, lead a team of FDEs, and partner with Delivery, Solutions, Sales, and GTM for accelerated growth.

You will own end-to-end outcomes, ensure governance and security, and shape patterns for future deployments. This role requires deep AI/ML literacy and strong leadership in high-pressure environments.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• 7+ years as Solutions Architect or Technical Lead.
• Customer-facing track record with senior technical buyers.
• Experience building production AI applications and deployments.
• Proficient in production-grade code (JavaScript or Python).
• Experience with modern data stacks and cloud deployment.
• Willing to work from San Jose office 3 days a week.

Responsabilités

• Run technical discovery workshops with customer teams to map data and tooling.
• Own scoping for AI deployments with clear acceptance criteria.
• Translate AI concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals.
• Lead and grow a team delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Deliver end-to-end outcomes with clarity, speed, and technical quality.
• Design architectures and best practices for scalable AI deployments.
