Job summary

Accellor is seeking a Principal FDE to lead senior client engagements, translating AI ambitions into scalable production architectures that integrate data, AI, and governance end-to-end. You will guide a team of field-deployed engineers to deliver measurable business outcomes and foster architectural excellence across engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of engineering or technical delivery experience.
• 2+ years managing high-performing FDE or customer-facing engineers.
• 7+ years as a Solutions Architect, Principal SE, Forward Deployed Engineer, or Technical Lead.

Responsibilities

• Run technical discovery workshops with customer architects, data leaders, and AI teams.
• Own the scoping for AI deployments with acceptance criteria around accuracy, data coverage, and governance.
• Translate complex AI + data concepts into executive-ready architecture proposals and defend trade-offs.
• Lead and grow a team of FDE delivering production systems with frontier models.
• Own end-to-end delivery outcomes with clear scope, speed, and technical quality.
• Architect end-to-end solutions from discovery through deployment and handoff.
• Design governed data access patterns for AI agents (RBAC, OAuth 2.1, audit trails).
• Build reusable reference architectures and MCP blueprints to accelerate future deployments.
• Codify best practices into tools, playbooks, and roadmap inputs.
