Job summary

Prologis seeks a Lead Forward Deployed Engineer to partner with business teams and drive the technical delivery of AI-embedded deployments. You will be hands-on in architecture, coding, evaluation and production implementation while shaping Prologis' AI capability as the first FDE hire.

You will be anchored in a Prologis domain, mentoring Senior FDEs and guiding cross-functional teams to achieve measurable business outcomes with durable ownership after deployment.

Qualifications

• Eight or more years of hands-on software engineering, AI engineering, technical delivery or enterprise-solution experience.
• Demonstrated success leading multiple complex software or AI deployments from discovery through business acceptance, production release and ownership transfer.
• Strong ability to reimagine end-to-end business processes using AI with hands-on engineering delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of AI deployments across multiple workflows, business units or enterprise systems.
• Define outcomes, milestones, production ownership and handoff plans for each deployment.
• Translate strategic objectives into redesigned workflows integrating AI agents, software and human judgment.
