Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Senior Analytics Engineer to join our Data Analytics team. You’ll transform complex business questions into robust data models and actionable insights within a healthcare IT setting.

You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across the company to drive data-driven decisions, build scalable analytics solutions, and explore GenAI opportunities to enhance data products and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or analytics.
• Fluency in SQL, dbt, and Python.
• Experience with Databricks (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with GenAI and ML in data products.
• Cross-functional collaboration across marketing, product, and sales.
• Experience with Salesforce or NetSuite data sources.
• Strong communication and product mindset.
• Commitment to learning and data reliability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business teams to translate goals into data solutions.
• Design scalable data models (dimensional/star) for self-service analytics.
• Create intuitive dashboards and visualizations.
• Develop and maintain dbt pipelines and Enterprise Data Model.
• Explore GenAI/ML opportunities to enhance data products.
• Support CRM, marketing, and customer success with analytics.
• Promote DataOps through reliability and automation.
• Collaborate on enterprise BI deployments.
• Manage and optimize the Databricks environment.
