Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an AI/Data Science Engineer II to deliver analytics and AI solutions for decision support, shaping product design insights and quality reporting. You’ll leverage Python, SQL, and cloud data warehouses to build scalable pipelines and dashboards, collaborating with engineers and scientists to translate data into actionable outcomes.

The role emphasizes communication of findings to diverse audiences, and growth in GenAI-enabled development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a data-related field and 2+ years of experience, or advanced degree with 0 years.
• Strong Python and SQL skills with data visualization experience.
• Experience with cloud data warehouses and ETL/ELT workflows.

Responsibilities

• Partner with engineers and scientists to build analytical models and dashboards.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries and data models for large data warehouses.
• Prototype ML models for predictive analytics and support design decisions.
• Present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders with clear visuals.
