Job summary

Biogen, Inc. seeks a Senior Data Science Manager to drive AI and predictive analytics for the US Commercial organization. You will design, implement and optimize ML solutions, partnering with Insights & Analytics, IT, Medical Affairs and commercial leaders to uncover patient and provider insights and inform strategic growth.

The role requires strong clinical/biotech acumen, hands-on modeling and governance, and a collaborative leadership style in a hybrid, on-site setting in RTP, NC.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in a quantitative field with required experience.
• 3+ years supporting U.S. Commercial pharma/biotech.
• Strong Python and SQL programming; experience with Databricks, Snowflake, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Lead ML and predictive analytics initiatives for U.S. Commercial.
• Develop predictive models for patient/provider insights and engagement.
• Collaborate with Insights & Analytics, IT, Medical Affairs and Commercial teams.
