Creta is seeking a Principal Solutions Engineer, AI Agent to lead as the AI Agent expert across the sales cycle. You will design workshops, map use cases, and drive deep-dive discovery while partnering with Core SEs to craft compelling technical narratives and demos.

You will also build ROI models, influence product and engineering, and raise AI fluency within the SE organization. This role offers significant impact and growth in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, including pre-sales.
• Hands-on experience designing or selling AI agents or related systems.
• Understanding of APIs and enterprise integration patterns.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value for executives.

• Be the AI Agent expert and establish technical credibility early in the sales cycle.
• Partner with Core SEs to own the AI Agent narrative.
• Lead AI Agent workshops to explore use cases and scope.
• Drive API discovery and evaluate integration requirements.
• Support high-stakes AI Agent demos with the Core SE team.
• Develop ROI models and frame business cases for economic buyers.
• Collaborate with FDX PMs for smooth pre-sale to deployment handoffs.
• Elevate AI Agent fluency across the SE organization.
