What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Provide operational business support for project managing partner on-boards and training partners
2. Manage operational relationships with complex and large partners while coaching junior team members
3. Resolve escalated customer issues and actively manage risk and customer-impacting issues
4. Lead strategic department projects and support other company initiatives
5. Serve as a subject matter expert on various internal systems, tools, and products

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or related field
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in Payments, financial services, or related field
3. Alternatively, 8+ years of experience in Payments, financial services, or related field in lieu of education
4. Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
5. Strong capability to operate office equipment and perform essential job functions in an office setting
