Customer Success Role

Customer Success brings the transcendent customer experience to life by empowering customers to achieve the value and impact of their BMC investments. It accelerates core business outcomes, mitigates risk, cultivates relationships, removes friction, and improves customer experience. This is a customer-centric team vital to BMC's strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the customer success effort for strategic accounts, ensuring their success through adoption of Autonomous Digital Enterprise solutions that deliver business value.
  • Assist customers in optimizing the value of BMC technologies via onboarding, lifecycle engagement, adoption maturity, and acceleration strategies aligned with their business goals.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, gather product and experience feedback, and communicate insights to influence product development and roadmap.
  • Participate in global projects, challenge yourself, and innovate in solving everyday problems.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 10+ years in customer-facing roles of increasing seniority.
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and build relationships with executives and partners.
  • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate complex concepts simply.
  • Experience with complex, matrixed organizations and engaging with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency in driving action-oriented meetings and influencing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience serving IT stakeholders and understanding IT to Business interoperability.
  • Empathy for customers and a drive to grow revenue and market impact.

Additional Information

BMC maintains a strict policy against requesting payment for employment. The salary range for this position is approximately $144,900 - $241,500, based on experience and qualifications, with other benefits included.
