This fast-paced role requires at least 2 years of meat cutting experience, 18+ years of age, and certification within The Fresh Market’s internal platform within 90 days of hire. A flexible schedule including weekends is required.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and assist guests in finding items and meal solutions.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim prime and premium meat and seafood products.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas for freshness and quality.
• Ensure safety and department practices for receiving, stocking, and unloading deliveries.
