Qualifications

• English reading/writing and interpersonal skills required; Spanish desirable.
• Willingness to work in other areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Cuts, packages, wraps, weighs, prices, and labels meat products per standards.
• Prepares and displays meat to maximize sales and appeal.
• Rotates, dates, and stores products properly in cases and coolers.
• Receives, inspects, and stores meat deliveries to maintain cold chain.
• Maintains sanitation and food safety per policy.
• Assists with ordering, inventory, markdowns, and scale operations.
• This is a non-management position without hiring authority.
