Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Two years of previous experience cutting meat with hand tools and power equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and places meat cuts and products in display counter according to policy.
• Assist Meat Manager to maintain adequate inventory for meat products and supplies.
• Ensure freshness and high product quality; maintain sanitation and safety standards.
