Responsibilities

• Prepare and display meat cuts appealingly.
• Maintain adequate meat inventory and ensure freshness.
• Enforce health, weights, and measures standards and policy compliance.
• Break, cut, bone, and grind meat as required.
• Inspect and store meat to maintain cold chain and quality.
• Wrap, weigh, and price cuts; label per COOL and USDA standards.
