The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to join our team. You will manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood to The Fresh Market standards while assisting with inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operations that require meticulous attention.

This fast-paced role rewards accuracy, efficiency, and a passion for guest experience. Requires 2+ years meat cutting experience; certification within 90 days of hire; and being at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• All Meat Cutters must be certified within The Fresh Market’s internal training platform within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products/weekly ad items and assist guests in finding products.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood to standards, and manage inventory levels.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas.
• Ensure safety and compliance with food safety policies and department practices.
