The Fresh Market is seeking a Meat Cutter to manage, cut, and trim meat and seafood to our standards. You will assist with inventory, pricing integrity, merchandising, and other operations that require attention to detail, delivering an impeccable guest and team experience.

This fast-paced role requires efficiency and a passion for excellence to drive results. The position offers an hourly pay range of $20.10–$23.58 and weekend availability to accommodate guests’ needs.

Qualifications

• 2 years or more of experience in cutting meat.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of products and weekly ad items, assist guests in finding products and meal solutions across departments.
• Handle, slice, cut, and trim meat and seafood per standards, manage quality levels.
• Monitor case temperatures and storage areas to ensure freshness and safety.
