Job summary

SourceAmerica, headquartered near Vienna, VA, is hiring a Prime Accounts Representative to support the Accounts Products team. You will reconcile invoices, verify records, and coordinate across Contract Management, Finance, and procurement to meet contract deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of operational experience, FAR/DFAR knowledge, and ERP proficiency, thriving in a hybrid work model with 2–3 days in the office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, contract management, procurement, or operations management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting operational functions, including invoice reconciliation, documentation review, record accuracy, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or similar federal contracting protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and follow operational issues through resolution.
• Experience working across teams and maintaining effective relationships with customers and business partners.
• Experience using an ERP or other operational management system.
• Understanding of federal procurement requirements and the AbilityOne Program.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile subcontractor invoices against operational records and required supporting documentation.
• Verify supporting documentation and identify missing, incomplete, or inaccurate information.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate resolution with relevant teams.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, customer requests, and operational needs.
• Ensure all activities meet contract deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide status updates on open items, risks, and required actions.
• Support audits, reviews, and contract closeout processes.
• Collaborate with Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, AbilityOne contractors, and subcontractors.
