SourceAmerica is seeking a Prime Accounts Representative to support the Accounts Products team in reconciling agency work completion records with contract requirements and related invoices. The role involves coordinating with multiple departments to ensure accuracy and timely delivery of contract obligations.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in invoice reconciliation, documentation review, and operating within federal contracting frameworks (FAR/DFAR).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, contract management, procurement, or operations management.
• 5+ years of experience supporting operational functions including invoice reconciliation and documentation review.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFAR or similar federal contracting protocols.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience working across teams and building customer relationships.
• Experience using an ERP or other operational management system.

Responsabilités

• Reconcile subcontractor invoices against operational records and required documentation.
• Verify supporting documentation and identify missing or inaccurate information.
• Research discrepancies and coordinate resolution with the appropriate teams.
• Maintain accurate records for audits, customer requests, and operational needs.
• Ensure activities, documentation, and actions meet contract deliverables and deadlines.
• Provide status updates on open items, risks, and required actions.
• Support audits, reviews, and contract closeout processes.
• Collaborate with Contract Management, Finance, Procurement, and subcontractors.
