Job summary

Clark Construction seeks a detail-oriented Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. You will manage data flow into Primavera P6, audit schedule health in Excel, and create reports tracking milestones.

No prior construction experience is required; training in Primavera P6 will be provided for high-potential candidates, enabling rapid progression along a structured career path.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in a related field such as construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, CS, business, finance, accounting.
• Excel proficiency.
• Ability to troubleshoot data discrepancies and find the underlying causes.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers on CPM and sequencing for complex construction projects.
• Provide on-site support to update schedules and produce internal and contract reporting.
• Perform data analysis and advanced reporting with Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI.
• Calculate and report Project Metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast future project outcomes.
• Ensure data quality with adherence to naming conventions and activity coding.
