Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role emphasizes data handling, Primavera P6, Excel audits, and reporting milestones to keep projects on track.

Training for Primavera P6 will be provided; no prior construction experience is required. The position offers a clear career path in construction planning with collaboration across project teams on site.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field
• Excel proficiency
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore CPM concepts and construction sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce internal and contractually required reporting.
• Data analysis and advanced reporting utilizing Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
• Calculate and report project metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify patterns in historical data to help project teams predict future outcomes.
• Quality control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions, activity coding, and organization standards
