Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Excel proficiency and data troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers to apply CPM concepts to complex sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, add activity detail, adjust sequencing, and generate internal/contractual reports.
• Perform data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and related tools.
• Calculate and report on project metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify historical data patterns to forecast future project outcomes.
• Quality control to ensure schedule data adheres to naming, coding, and organizational standards.
