Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on data management in Primavera P6, Excel audits of schedule health, and creating milestone-tracking reports for complex projects.

No prior construction experience is required as the company provides Primavera P6 training to candidates with strong analytical potential and a quick-study approach to new software.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or related field.
• Excel proficiency and data troubleshooting aptitude.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work closely with Project Schedulers to explore CPM nuances and sequencing.
• On-site support of project teams to update schedules and generate internal/contractual reports.
• Data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
• Calculate and report Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to predict future project outcomes.
• Quality control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions and coding.
