Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating milestone-tracking reports.

Training will be provided for Primavera P6, and no prior construction experience is required for strong analytical potential. On-site work with Project Schedulers, data analysis, and cross-functional reporting are core responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel Proficiency and analytical mindset are required.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6 and train teammates.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers to apply CPM to complex sequencing.
• Provide on-site support to update schedules and reporting.
• Analyze data and create reports using Primavera P6, Excel, and Power BI.
• Compute Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics for risk insights.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast outcomes.
• Quality control to ensure data naming and activity coding standards.
