Clark Construction is seeking a meticulous Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. You'll manage data flow into Primavera P6, audit schedule health in Excel, and create reports tracking milestones.

No prior construction experience is required; we provide Primavera P6 training for analytically strong candidates, with a structured career path in construction planning and scheduling.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associates degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency.
• An innate interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the "why" behind the numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Work with Project Schedulers to explore CPM and construction sequencing.
• On-site support to update schedules, expand activity detail, adjust sequencing, and produce internal and contractual reporting.
• Data Analysis and Advanced Reporting utilizing Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI and other tools.
• Calculate and report on Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance metrics to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to help Project Teams predict future outcomes.
• Quality Control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions, activity coding, and organizational standards.
