Job summary

Clark Construction Group, LLC is seeking a Construction Schedule Analyst to support the Planning & Scheduling Department. The role focuses on managing data flow into Primavera P6, auditing schedule health in Excel, and creating reports that track project milestones.

No prior construction experience is required as training for Primavera P6 is provided to strong analytical candidates with a quick-study mindset.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or Associate's degree in construction management, engineering, data analysis, mathematics, computer science, business, finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Excel proficiency required.
• Interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and finding the 'why' behind numbers.
• Ability to summarize and communicate complex data findings.

Responsibilities

• Commit to an accelerated learning path to become a power user in Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with Project Schedulers to apply CPM concepts to complex sequencing.
• Support on-site scheduling updates and generate internal and contract reporting.
• Perform data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, PowerBI, and related tools.
• Calculate and report Project Metrics Total Float and Schedule Performance.
• Identify historical data patterns to forecast future outcomes.
• Quality control: ensure schedule data adheres to naming, coding, and organizational standards.
