Qualifications

• Excel proficiency demonstrated for data audit and scheduling tasks.
• Interest in troubleshooting data discrepancies and explaining the 'why' behind numbers.

Responsibilities

• Become a power user of Primavera P6 and support project schedulers.
• Update schedules on site and enhance activity detail for complex sequencing.
• Perform data analysis and advanced reporting using Primavera P6, Excel, and PowerBI.
• Calculate and report project metrics such as Total Float and Schedule Performance to identify bottlenecks.
• Identify patterns in historical data to forecast future project outcomes.
• Ensure schedule data adheres to naming conventions, coding, and org structures.
