Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to drive schedule development and delivery for complex EPC and Data Center projects. You will lead schedule planning, maintenance, and reporting using Primavera P6, establish the master schedule, and coordinate schedulers across disciplines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of scheduling experience on large EPC or industrial projects, including Data Center programs; progression to lead/senior scheduler roles.
  • Proven expertise with Primavera P6 for schedule creation, resource and constraint management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Lead development, maintenance, and delivery of the project master schedule for EPC and Data Center programs using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate and mentor discipline schedulers, Sr. Schedulers, and project schedulers to aggregate activity-level schedules into an integrated master schedule.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical-path identification, logic and constraint reviews, and mitigation recommendations to project management.
  • Develop and maintain baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules; ensure changes are captured and schedule updates are performed each reporting cycle.
  • Collaborate with commercial, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to validate logic and align with scope and milestones.
  • Prepare schedule reports, visuals, and presentations for leadership, clients, and stakeholders; highlight impacts to cost and milestones.
  • Support change management by evaluating schedule implications of scope changes, claims, delays, and owner-directed changes.
  • Implement scheduling standards, templates, and best practices across projects; ensure data integrity and consistent use of P6 and scheduling conventions.
  • Integrate schedule data with cost, progress, and risk systems to support forecasting, earned value analysis, and performance measurement.

Lead Scheduler

We are seeking an experienced Lead Scheduler to drive schedule development and delivery for complex EPC and Data Center projects. The Lead Scheduler will lead schedule planning, maintenance, and reporting using Primavera P6, establish the master schedule, coordinate trade and discipline schedulers, manage critical-path analysis, and support project controls to ensure on-time execution and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead development, maintenance, and delivery of the project master schedule for EPC and Data Center programs using Primavera P6.
  • Coordinate and mentor discipline schedulers, Sr. Schedulers, and project schedulers to aggregate activity-level schedules into an integrated master schedule.
  • Perform schedule risk analysis, critical-path identification, logic and constraint reviews, and recommend mitigation measures to project management.
  • Develop and maintain baseline, recovery, and look-ahead schedules; ensure changes are captured and schedule updates are performed every reporting cycle.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 8+ years of scheduling experience on large EPC or industrial projects, including Data Center programs; demonstrated progression to lead/senior scheduler roles.
  • Proven expertise with Primavera P6 for schedule creation, resource and constraint management, and reporting.
  • Strong knowledge of EPC project life cycle, construction sequencing, procurement and commissioning activities in Data Center or industrial environments.
  • Demonstrated experience producing and managing a Master Schedule and leading schedule teams (Schedulers, Sr. Schedulers, Project Schedulers).
  • Experience performing schedule risk analysis, critical-path analysis, recovery planning, and schedule forensic analysis for claims or dispute support.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills, able to present schedule impacts to commercial, project management and clients.
  • Familiarity with commercial contract drivers, change management, and how schedule affects cost and claims.
  • Nice to have: formal planner/scheduler certification, experience with integrated project controls tools, and proficiency in schedule-to-cost integration tools.
