Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist in Colorado to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. The role includes developing treatment plans, completing progress notes, and coordinating care with an interdisciplinary team.

Requirements include a graduate degree in psychology, counseling, or social work and active licensure or internship status as required by the state.

Qualifications

• Collaborative nature and strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team.
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move between tasks and remain flexible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork: treatment plans, progress notes, wellness and aftercare plans, discharge summaries.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and treatment planning with measurable goals.
• Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate care.
• May provide guidance to less experienced teammates.
