Job summary

ERC Pathlight, part of Eating Recovery Center, seeks a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy for adults, children, and adolescents. You will design personalized treatment plans and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work is required.
• Fully licensed or in an associate/intern phase of licensure as required by the state.
• Strong communication within a multi-disciplinary team is essential.
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Completes clinical paperwork for each patient on caseload (progress notes, wellness plan, etc.).
• Performs biopsychosocial assessments and develops individualized treatment plans.
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team.
• Creates treatment agreements or behavior plans as needed and supports team goals.
• Mentors less experienced clinicians (Primary Therapist I/II).
