Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist to conduct individual, group, and family therapy for adolescents and adults, within a multidisciplinary team. You will develop personalized treatment plans, complete required paperwork, and participate in team rounds to coordinate care.

Qualified candidates hold a graduate degree in psychology/counseling/social work and a state license or current intern status. A collaborative mindset and experience in therapy are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related required.
• Fully licensed or in associate/intern phase per state licensing requirements.
• Collaborative, multi-disciplinary teamwork and clear communication required.
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy preferred/required depending on level of role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork: treatment plans, progress notes, wellness plans, aftercare plan and discharge summary.
• Perform biopsychosocial assessments and create measurable treatment goals with the team.
• Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary staff.
• May train and mentor less experienced clinicians (Primary Therapist I/II).
