Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, group, and family therapy for all ages as part of a multidisciplinary team.

You will develop personalized treatment plans, perform assessments, and collaborate with clinicians to implement care plans. Colorado licensed or in internship status is required, with growth opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Fully licensed with appropriate state licensing board or in an associate/intern phase (required).
• Collaborative nature and strong communication within multi-disciplinary team (required).
• Experience with individual and/or family therapy (preferred).
• Ability to move from one task to the next with flexibility (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy.
• Complete clinical paperwork including: treatment plans, progress notes, wellness and discharge plans.
• Conduct biopsychosocial, self-harm and suicide risk assessments; create measurable treatment goals.
• Attend treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary team.
• May provide training and guidance to less experienced teammates.
