You’ll use evidence-based approaches, conduct assessments, and help patients progress toward recovery. Requires graduate degree and state licensing; competitive pay ($81,000–$130,000) and strong benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required)
• Licensed or in state licensure/associate-permit as required by state to practice individual therapy
• Strong collaborative and communication skills within a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Conducts psychotherapy including individual, group and family therapy
• Completes clinical paperwork: treatment and progress notes, wellness and discharge plans
• Attends treatment team meetings to coordinate patient care and may supervise junior staff
