Job summary

ERC Pathlight is seeking a Primary Therapist to provide individual, family, and group therapy to adults and adolescents with mood, anxiety, and related conditions. You’ll develop treatment plans, document outcomes, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a supportive environment.

Requires a graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related and a provisional therapy license. Maryland pay range posted; compensation and benefits reflect commitment to patient care and

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related (required).
• Provisional therapy license with appropriate state licensing board (required).
• Experience facilitating groups (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy with adults, children and adolescents.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for each patient.
• Document therapy sessions and clinical notes in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment team to implement plans.
• Monitor patient progress and safety and complete required documentation.
