Job description

Within Health has a revolutionary approach to the virtual treatment of eating disorders. We provide clinically continuous care, in the comfort of the clients' own home. We provide excellent care 100% virtually and are a 24/7 company to ensure the care for our clients is superior to others.

About the role

The Per Diem Therapist is an integral part of the primary care treatment team. They will manage clients with medical and eating disorder concerns. This includes providing skill training through patient education strategies and developing specific behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans for patients. The Consulting Therapist will assist primary health care providers in recognizing and treating clients.

What you'll do

1. Work with a multidisciplinary team in multiple locations and clinics to address psychological and eating disorder needs of clients.
2. Participate in staff and/or treatment team meetings and huddles.
3. Maintain thorough documentation of client meetings and progress.
4. Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
5. Update Slack channels as needed.
6. Respond to and read emails, taking patient-related phone calls.
7. Other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

1. Must be licensed in the state of Illinois.
2. At least two (2) years experience providing eating disorder care.
3. Computer proficiency, particularly with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems.
4. Efficient in Google systems as well as Slack, Verifiable, Medtrainer, Trainual.
5. Masters level training or equivalent in area of specialization.

Physical and Environmental Requirements:

1. Must be able to operate a computer and navigate applications within a smart-phone, iPhone, MacBook computer and/or tablet.
2. Must be able to converse with colleagues via telephone and computer programs.
3. Able to sit for the majority of shifts.
4. Must have a reliable internet connection.
5. This is a work-from-home position. Work should be performed in a private, quiet space with minimal background noise.
6. Ability to prioritize workload and work independently.

Salary: $60-$75 per hour

The pay range for this role is:

60 - 75 USD per hour (Remote (Chicago, Illinois, US))
