About The Role

The Per Diem Therapist is an integral part of the primary care treatment team. They manage clients with medical and eating disorder concerns, provide skill training through patient education, and develop specific behavioral/therapeutic treatment plans. The Consulting Therapist assists primary healthcare providers in recognizing and treating clients.

What You'll Do

• Work with a multidisciplinary team across multiple locations to address psychological and eating disorder needs.
• Participate in staff and treatment team meetings and huddles.
• Maintain thorough documentation of client meetings and progress.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain client confidentiality.
• Update Slack channels as needed.
• Respond to emails and patient-related phone calls.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in Illinois.
• At least two years of experience providing eating disorder care.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health/Medical Record systems.
• Familiarity with Google systems, Slack, Verifiable, Medtrainer, Trainual.
• Masters level training or equivalent in the relevant area.

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to operate a computer and navigate applications on various devices.
• Good communication skills via telephone and computer programs.
• Ability to sit for most shifts.
• Reliable internet connection.
• This is a remote position; work should be performed in a private, quiet space.
• Ability to prioritize and work independently.

Salary: $60-$75 per hour
