Women's Mental Health Therapist - Perinatal and Peri/Menopause Therapists, remote, 1099, contract

Who we are:

FamilyWell is the first behavioral health start-up to implement a perinatal and Peri/Menopause collaborative care model that embeds a wrap-around mental health program directly into OB/GYN practices for pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as those experiencing perimenopause and menopause. Our mission is to improve women's mental health by increasing access to equitable, affordable, and accessible care. Our care team includes social workers, coaches, therapists, and psychiatric providers integrated into OB provider workflows, both in-person and virtually, serving as the behavioral health arm of OB/GYN practices.

Who we are looking for:

• Independently licensed mental health therapists in one or more of the following states: MA, TX, IL, NH, CT
• Passionate about improving perinatal and peri/menopause mental health care, especially for vulnerable populations
• Enthusiastic about learning and expanding knowledge in women's mental health
• Committed to patient-centered care and innovative mental health solutions
• Proficient with tele-therapy platforms and virtual care delivery
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
