Licensed Psychotherapist (Full Time and Part Time)

Valued Living Therapy and Wellness is seeking skilled licensed psychotherapists in Illinois (LPC, LSW, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, etc.) for full-time and part-time positions to work with individual adult clients in Illinois. We are looking for motivated candidates who are excited about helping others navigate mental health challenges through an action-oriented and holistic approach. Experience with evidence-based treatment models like CBT, ERP, ACT, EMDR is highly encouraged.

Therapists must be willing to maintain a client caseload of 25+ per week for full-time or 10+ per week for part-time. Hours are flexible and based on therapist availability and client needs. This is a remote/telehealth position, so therapists must have a private space with reliable internet to conduct therapy services.

Requirements:

• Experience in teaching/using evidence-based treatment models like CBT, ACT, and ERP, as well as mindfulness and holistic wellness practices
• Background in working with clients experiencing anxiety, OCD, depression, and adjustment to life transitions (career changes, job transitions, etc.)
• At least one year of direct clinical experience providing 1-on-1 therapy services to individuals
• Personal qualities such as open-mindedness, enthusiasm, creativity, and adaptability
• Self-starter and comfortable working independently in a growing practice
• Exceptional skills in writing, presentation, interpersonal relations, and communication
• Must have a private space with reliable internet to conduct therapy (remote/telehealth)
• Reside in Illinois, preferably Chicagoland area

Responsibilities:

• Provide psychotherapy services to adult individuals
• Schedule appointments and manage changes directly with clients
• Provide clients with resources to support ongoing clinical work
• Participate in supervision sessions
• Submit clinical notes on the same day as sessions using an EHR platform
• Maintain updated licensure and CAQH attestation
