Job summary

Qualifications

• Knowledge of medical terminology and common medications (required)
• Strong listening and communication skills (required)
• Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other languages spoken by the communities served (required where indicated)
• Ability to type 70+ words per minute (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Document patient encounters in real time with structured notes (history, assessment, plan, exam)
• Assign CPT and ICD-10 codes
