Job summary

Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work under the direction of the primary care operations team, collaborating with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care in a systematic way.

The RN will partner with patients, providers, and other members of the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients, aligning with Mercy Service Standards and mission values.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN license valid in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • BLS certification required; additional unit-specific certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care under the Mercy framework.
  • Partner with patients, providers, and clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Adhere to Mercy Service Standards and contribute to a collaborative, high-quality care environment.
