Job summary

Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work with our Primary Care Providers, delivering patient-centered care in a coordinated, systematized way. You will partner with patients and the clinical team to drive quality outcomes in line with Mercy's mission and service standards.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Physical requirements/demands: Position requires pushing, pulling, and lifting 50 pounds; prolonged standing and walking; ability to grip, reach, bend, kneel, twist, and squat.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver patient-centered care.
  • Partner with patients and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Adhere to Mercy mission, values, and service standards.
  • Provide safe, timely, efficient care in a systematic, evidence-based manner.
