Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Registered Nurse to support the care team in delivering patient-centered services within our primary care network. You will work under the direction of the primary care operations team and collaborate with providers to ensure safe, timely, and efficient care.

The role emphasizes partnerships with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes, while adhering to Mercy Service Standards and mission.

Qualifications

  • RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • BLS certification required or completed within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a systematic way.
  • Partner with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.

Education

Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program

BLS (Basic Life Support)
ACLS/NRP/PA S/PALS certifications
