Job summary

Mercy seeks a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work under the direction of the primary care operations team, collaborating with providers and the clinical care team to deliver safe, timely, and patient-centered care in a systematic way.

Duties include partnering with patients and providers to drive quality outcomes, aligning with Mercy mission and standards, and meeting licensure and certification requirements as outlined.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; may need ACLS/NRP/ENPC/etc. based on unit.
  • Position may require additional unit-specific certifications within specified timeframes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a primary care setting.
  • Partner with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes for all patients.
