Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work with Mercy Primary Care Providers, delivering safe, timely and patient-centered care in a collaborative clinic setting.

You will partner with patients and the care team to drive quality outcomes, meet Mercy Service Standards, and support the mission while upholding professional standards across shifts. The role requires BLS certification and an RN license; physical duties include lifting and mobility as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure required.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS/other certifications may be required depending on unit.

Responsibilities

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care within Mercy's mission and standards.
  • Collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Partner with patients and providers to ensure care is coordinated and adheres to Mercy Service Standards.
