As a Primary Care Patient Care RN, you’ll partner with providers and the care team to deliver patient-centered care and improve outcomes in a fast-paced primary care setting. Mercy emphasizes compassionate care, teamwork, and service excellence in line with our mission and values.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered professional nursing program.
  • RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • BLS certification required; ACLS/NRP/ENPC/TNCC/CPHON/OCN or related certs may be required within specified timeframe.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and perform physical duties as described.

Responsabilités

  • Provide safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, patient-centered care in a primary care setting.
  • Partner with patients, providers, and the clinical care team to drive quality outcomes.
  • Work under the direction of the primary care operations team to deliver care consistent with Mercy standards.
