Mercy is seeking a Primary Care Patient Care RN to work under the direction of the primary care operations team. You will collaborate with Mercy Primary Care Providers to deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care that improves outcomes for patients.

Responsibilities include partnering with patients, providers, and the clinical team to drive quality outcomes, while adhering to Mercy Service Standards and mission.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited registered nursing program.
  • RN license in the hiring state and/or compact licensure.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; additional certifications may be required based on unit.

Responsabilités

  • Deliver safe, timely, effective, and patient-centered care in a primary care setting.
  • Partner with Mercy Primary Care Providers, patients, and care team to drive quality outcomes.
